Terms of service — NNN MCP server

The service
The NNN MCP server gives AI clients read-only access to Nuclear News Network’s entity registry, datasets and, on paid plans, its relationship ledger and history. Data is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and sourced, and every record shows its sources and verification date, but it is not professional, investment or legal advice.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in, OAuth connections and API keys secure. You are responsible for calls made with them.
- One person per account. Don’t share Pro accounts or keys; ask us about team plans.
- Don’t try to get around rate limits or plan restrictions, or bulk-extract the dataset through the tools.
Data license
Your use of the data is governed by the NNN Data License: current-state data under CC BY 4.0, history and relationship data under the NNN Data License Terms. Attribute Nuclear News Network when you publish or quote the data.
Paid plans
- Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes for existing subscribers.
Changes and availability
We may add, change or retire tools. We will document breaking changes in the documentation in advance where we can. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
